Have a craving for sweets? This recipe is pretty fast and doesn’t require much time, effort, or ingredients. It combines chocolatey goodness with peanut butter reminiscent of Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups. Be ready though; this recipe is really rich, and I suggest you put in on vanilla ice cream or have a glass of milk ready nearby.
1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
1 lb confectioners’ sugar (basically 3 to 3 1/2 cups depending on how moist the mix is)
1 ½ cups peanut butter
1 cup melted butter
1½ milk chocolate chips
1.Combine graham crumbs, sugar and peanut butter and mix well.
2.Blend in melted butter until well combined.
3.Press mixture evenly into a 9 x 13 inch pan.
4.Melt chocolate chips in microwave or in double boiler., then spread evenly over peanut butter mixture.
5.Chill until just set and cut into bars (make sure you watch these, because are difficult to cut if the chocolate gets too hard.)
