Healthy yet tasty kale pasta

Kale pasta?? What! This might sound healthy and unappealing, but it is actually very good and easy to make. I personally am not a fan of kale, but when it is cooked with the pasta, the combo works really well as a healthy, appetizing meal.

Ingredients
salt
3 large or 4 smaller bunches kale
garlic cloves
¼ cup olive oil
black pepper
12 ounces spaghetti
parmesan and crushed red pepper flakes

Instructions
Boil water and strip kale leaves from ribs and stems so they are in smaller pieces.
Cook kale in boiling water until slightly soft for about 2 minutes. Using tongs, rinse kale under cold water and squeeze out excess liquid from leaves.
Meanwhile, cook pasta in the boiling water then transfer the cooked pasta and kale into a large pot over the stove adding oil, black pepper and some garlic. Stir occasionally and it should be ready in about 5 minutes. Once cooked, you can add red pepper flakes, parmesan or any other seasonings. It’s not super intense, but it is tasty!
