Head on over to the “Dolla” Tree

Are there ever times throughout high school where you don’t like spending a lot of money? Well, luckily enough, there is a solution to that which will help you save a few bucks. The dollar tree. The dollar tree may be thought of as only carrying cheap and generic items that nobody would want, however, they do have a lot of commonly known brands, and most items are for only a dollar.

There are Dollar Tree stores all over the United States and are in close range for a lot of people. One near Littleton High School is right off Belleview and Federal. Although it is not within walking distance, it is still fairly close by bus or car, making it convenient.

While not everything at the dollar tree will be a good deal, like the food and health care product selections, it is good for small household things or materials for crafts.

The dollar tree carries various types of laundry and house care cleaners too, which are name brands such as Clorox, Lysol, Dawn, and these only cost one dollar at this store while costing twice as much at regular super markets.

Believe it or not, that’s not all they offer, for a dollar. With graduation season just in a month, the Dollar tree can provide some minor party things that are the same quality as Party City’s merchandise. However, buying just a few items from here that are the same quality does save money.

Party City has a little wider of selection with color and theme simply because they focus on party and celebration materials. In addition, the balloons they carry are the same as Dollar Tree balloons and are filled up with helium ready to go as well.

With celebrations coming up in this part of the year, I wouldn’t recommend all of the Dollar Tree’s food choices. They sell Pringle chips, and Lays, which would account for a small portion of what is usually available at a party.

The frozen food section doesn’t seem too appealing since a majority of it is frozen fast food, which isn’t a good source for food. However, they do carry a lot of the ice cream versions of famous candy bars like Twix, and Snickers.

While it may not be necessary for some to have a tight budget, a lot of people still do which is why the savings could be important for a lot of people especially since the dramatic rise of population in Colorado.

Now that you have a general idea of all the possibilities of what you could buy for only a dollar, go down and check it out to see how you could say a dollar or two!
