This afternoon, as part of SWAG week, seniors participated in a water balloon fight and other outdoor games outside on the grass field. A group of about 30 seniors joined in the fun and played spike ball, soccer, volleyball and frisbee.
The water balloon fight happened very quickly, and all of the balloons were popped in about five minutes. The seniors then played some organized team games as well as hung out and talked to their friends.
“I had the chance to play frisbee, soccer, and volleyball with other fellow classmates. It was fun to bond through the activities,” said senior Kathy Le.
The new SWAG week events this year were enjoyed by many, and LHS hopes to continue organizing SWAG week and similar events in the years to come.
“SWAG week is definitely a great time to reward and celebrate the four years that seniors have been through in high school. For future seniors, I definitely would recommend a SWAG week filled with activities like movie night, water balloon/ outdoor games, pancake breakfast, and MUCH more,” said Le.
