Latest trends for teens

Fashion has been around for a very long time, for centuries. Now it has evolved into many interesting trends. Teens have definitely influenced this throughout these centuries and it will continuously evolve.

One of the biggest trends is athleisure wear which teens have definitely pulled off and have even spread through adults. Kids have been wearing cool sneakers like  ADIDAS, Nike, Puma and New Balance. Also, for girls, they have been wearing leggings from Lululemon, Lucy, or Athleta. It is comfortable yet stylish for every day. Even boys have been wearing the athleisure wear such as wearing ADIDAS shorts and pants, sweatshirts, as well as Nike’s and other shoe brands.

If you haven’t noticed, but our parent’s style has been coming back such as the 70’s, 80’s, and 90’s. Rocking the 90’s grunge look by wearing flannels around your waist with a t-shirt has been looking good for both males and females. Also, coming back are Ray-Bans and Doc Martens which everyone has been pulling off! Girls have also been styling boyfriend jeans and the 70’s style with the bell bottoms sleeves, pants, and floral patterns.

Seasons also have a big influence on trends because since it is fall, a lot of colors such as olive, burgundy, maroon, etc. have really played a big role into the trends. The colors are what is important so you can create outfits and be in the style. All teens have been doing this for a very long time but these colors are coming back and will possibly stay. Even pastels have been coming back in style.

These clothing items and accessories that I mentioned are more on the expensive side, but you don’t have to buy these exact brands. You can go to your nearest second-hand store or go to places that are affordable like Marshalls and TJ Maxx. If you go to the mall more, go to the sale sections in your favorite stores. It is affordable and you will be stylish.

Every teen has their own style and that is how we evolve into all these latest trends.
