Super yummy, very berry brownie pizza

Pizza is delicious. Desserts are delicious. But you know what’s even more delicious? A mix of both, specifically very berry brownie pizza! This will take a while to prepare, so I recommend making this dessert if you’re looking for something to do over the weekend.


  • Brownie crust:
  • ¾ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • ¾ cup cocoa powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • ¾ cup all-purpose flour

Cream cheese frosting:

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract


  • 1 ½ cup fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries


To make brownie:

  1. Preheat oven to 350F degrees. Grease a 12 inch round pizza pan with nonstick spray or line with parchment paper
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine butter and granulated sugar with a whisk until smooth
  3. Add vanilla extract and eggs. Whisk until smooth
  4. Add cocoa powder, all-purpose flour and salt. Stir until combined
  5. Pour into greased round pizza pan and spread evenly with a spatula
  6. Bake for about 15-18 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean
  7. Cool completely

To make cream cheese frosting:

  1. In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar and vanilla extract until smooth and fluffy
  2. Spread cream cheese mixture evenly over top of cooled brownie
  3. Place strawberry slices and blueberries over the top of the cream cheese layer
  4. Slice like a pizza and enjoy!
