Boys’ basketball defeats Green Mountain

Today, the LHS boys’ basketball team beat the Green Mountain Rams.

The game started close, as it was tied at 14-14 in the middle of the 2nd quarter. However, the lions soon pulled ahead, leaving the score at 32 to 24 at halftime.

Seniors Justin Cutter, Jason Levy and Liam MacDonald and junior Matt Friedberg were a few of the top scorers.

LHS continued to play hard in the second half, increasing the lead to 55-30 by the end of the 3rd quarter. The lions won with a final score of 75-41.

The team’s next home game will be against D’Evelyn on Friday, January 19th at 7.
