Being a citizen of the Five caste is sometimes difficult on her family, occasionally struggling for the most basic necessities. That is until she is thrown into a competition to gain the attention of the crown prince, become a One, and eventually rule as queen.
This popular novel is filled with drama, action, and romance that will keep any reader captivated. The enthralling title has many aspects that make it such a great read including its passionate characters and thrilling conflicts. The characters and their personalities in this story are super detailed and well developed. Each action that they take completely fits their disposition and adds to the overall mood of the story.
One of the many things about this book that I loved was all of the plot twists and unexpected events that show how expertly this book was crafted. All of the conflicts that characters face are super well written and kept me entranced throughout this book.
