The country music band Parmalee is kicking off 2025 strong with their new single titled “Cowgirl.” It is a catchy pop-country song about falling in love with a cowgirl. This song, along with eight other new songs are to be featured on their new album titled “Fell In Love With A Cowgirl” which is going to be released on April 4th.
Since 2001, Parmalee has been writing songs and releasing music, with five number 1’s on radio including: “Carolina”, “Just The Way” (which sold over million copies), “Take Ny Name”, “Girl In Mine” and most recently, “Gonna Love You” which hit number 1 on the country music charts in late 2024.
The band has kept the same four members since their founding: Matt Thomas on lead vocals, his brother Scott Thomas on the drum kit, their first cousin Barry Knox on bass guitar and backing vocals, and their long time friend Josh McSwain on lead guitar and backing vocals,
The band will be beginning their “Fell In Love With A Cowgirl” tour in February to help spread the word of the album.
