This past Friday and Saturday, the LHS Marching Band began competing in the state competition. After Friday’s quarterfinals, they had scored 73.2, making it to semi-finals.
Additionally, in semi-finals, they scored a 74.3, putting them in 12th place overall.
This has certainly been a great end to the marching band season and after a different season last year plus the competition getting cancelled the year before due to weather, it’s exciting to see what will happen in the future.
