When asked Symons said, “I think I did bad in the first half, but I stepped it up in the second half, scoring a lot of points.”

Another standout player in the game was Freshman Nikhil Bagal. He was dedicated to the team the whole game, cheering and helping out his teammates. He had passion for the game and helped the Lions to victory.

When asked about the game Bagal said, “I think the game was really fun because we were down pretty much the whole game and then we came back in like the last minute.”

“I think I did pretty good. I smoked a couple layups in the first half, but after that I got it back, I had another meter three, and then a one in the last minute,” Bagal said about his gameplay.

Ultimately, the lions won 42-37. They scored 4 points in the last 30 seconds, with 2 free throws and one basket. The game was thrilling and kept everyone on their toes. Make sure to show your lion pride and go support the team for senior night on Friday! Go Lions!
