Throughout the spooky season, one of Denver’s best haunted houses, The 13th Floor, gets ready for another year of scares. This season, I was able to experience the thrill of this popular halloween adventure.
When you walk into the venue, there is food, picnic tables, and many other activities to keep you immersed in the environment. The lines to get into the haunted houses themselves are quite long, but characters walking around interact with the people, making the wait feel much shorter than it actually is. There are also fog machines and lights outside that make the whole experience more incredible.
I am not going to go into detail about the actual haunted house because I would like to encourage you to experience the thrill yourself, but I will say that it was a whirlwind of laughter and chaotic fun.
After leaving, the memory of the exhilaration that I experienced stayed with me. It was definitely worth the money and the wait. If you want to experience the spooky season at its fullest, The 13th Floor is an essential.
