Meet Nikhil Bagal and Olivia May, the new freshman class President and Vice President respectively.
Bagal’s main plans for this year include making the freshman class comfortable with their new environment and creating opportunities for everyone to get involved. He also hopes to meet a lot of people and help them get to where they want to be.
“I just want to make it a great place for the freshman class, make opportunities available to everybody. And just have a lot of fun,” said Bagal.
Similarly, May intends to make freshmen feel included within the school, specifically in spirit week and dances like Homecoming. Not having the opportunity to do similar things at her middle school, May aims to speak up for her community and for all freshmen to enjoy their first year.
“I am really excited to represent my community,” said May.
